Fast tracking through winter to summer
Winter break came and went like a blink of an eye just as I suspected. I managed to go back home to Tehran for 20 days and for a split second drown myself in the world of listening to music in traffic and late night get togethers that stretch till morning. I indulged in my favourite local foods such as “Kohan”, which is a sort of meat served like a kebab. I also tried something called “Khoshgoosht” for the first time which was some other sort of kebab and I fell in love with it.
As I was very busy having fun and eating food and freaking out over two earthquakes, I only got a chance to do one photoshoot. The funny thing is that the weather was really cold. I had my mind set on a loose and light outfit and I wouldn’t do it any other way. We took the pictures in my Freepeople overall and La Femme shoes as I was trying not to shake from the cold.
I’d say the outfit would be perfect if I were going on a dessert camping trip. Something I hope to be doing this summer.
It’s needless to say that daydreaming about the upcoming summer is what’s getting me through the cold winter.
